The dirtier, the better. Our take on the classic Dirty Martini swaps olive brine for Pickle Juice, bringing a tangy, savoury kick that's dangerously easy to love.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Vodka
- 10ml Dry vermouth
- 15ml The Pickle House Original Pickle Juice
- Cornichon, to garnish
To make it:
Add the vodka, dry vermouth and Pickle Juice to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake hard until extremely cold, then strain into a frozen martini glass. Garnish with a cornichon.
