The Pickle Spritz

Our easiest cocktail - and quite possibly our most refreshing.

Some cocktails take real effort. This one takes about thirty seconds and a wine glass. That's kind of the point.

The Pickle Spritz is everything you love about a classic spritz - just better. Gin and ginger ale are a natural pairing, but it's the pickle juice that pulls everything together. It cuts through the sweetness and turns something simple into something that tastes delicious

Ingredients. 

• 60ml The Pickle House Original Pickle Juice
• 30ml Gin
• 125ml Ginger ale
• A squeeze of lime
• A pickle to garnish
• Ice

To make it:

Fill a wine glass generously with ice. Pour in the pickle juice and gin, top with ginger ale, and squeeze over a little lime. Garnish with a pickle
