Recipe: Mustard Pickletini

A martini with a twist. A very pickle-y twist.

The martini is one of the most iconic cocktails in the world. We've made it better.

The Mustard Pickletini takes everything that makes a classic martini so satisfying and adds something unexpected. We used James May's American Mustard Gin for bold tangy depth and our own Pickle Juice to tie the whole thing together with that signature savoury kick

Sharp, sophisticated and a little bit ridiculous in the best possible way.

You'll need:

  • 50ml James May American Mustard Gin
  • 12.5ml The Pickle House Pickle Juice
  • 12.5ml dry vermouth

To make it:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir until well chilled then strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a pickle or a twist — or nothing at all.

Three ingredients. One very good drink.
