The Pickle House was established in 2014 by Florence Cherruault in Hackney, London. She was first introduced to the idea of drinking pickle juice whilst shotting back a Pickleback or two in New York.
We now produce and hand bottle two award winning drinks, our Original Pickle Juice and Spiced Tomato Mix on our family farm in Suffolk. Helping create some of the most exciting umami enriched cocktails and some seriously good Bloody Marys. Read more
